<p>At this point you&#8217;ve selected a product and an up line. You know what you are selling and who can help you but you may be unsure of the best way in which to approach the sales or recruitment process.</p>
<p>Step one is to &#8220;know thy target audience.&#8221; If you don&#8217;t know who you&#8217;re selling to and understand what motivates them and drives them and coincidentally why buying your product would be a good idea then you&#8217;re barking up the wrong tree.</p>
<p>Now in this specific instance since you are network marketing your goal is to know two different audiences the first is the group of people who might buy the product you are offering the second is the group who might join your network.</p>
<p>You can get a rough idea of who falls into the first group by looking at the product you&#8217;re selling what is it? And who would want to use it? If it&#8217;s a vitamin for instance who might you target and why should they be interested?</p>
<p>Could it help improve their memory? Could it prevent them from getting sick? Could it help them gain muscle mass?</p>
<p>Now when you&#8217;re targeting potential members of your network you&#8217;ll essentially be doing the same thing. You&#8217;re marketing the value of your product to marketers too. They have to understand why the product and the opportunity are better than the other thousands of opportunities floating around on the Internet.</p>
<p>If you understand the mind set of both of these target groups you should then be able to market to them effectively. Just keep this important principle in mind. Whatever you&#8217;re marketing you should market it as a solution to a specific problem that group of people encounters.</p>
<p>If you can describe who such a person might be in your head you will also understand what that person might want and subsequently how best to target him or her.</p>

<p>Do you find it hard to talk to prospects on the phone getting hung up on or handling objections?</p>
<p>I used to be like that constantly taking the prospects that I would generate on the internet and vomit my business opportunity to them.</p>
<p>Time after time I would basically get laughed at followed by am immediate &#8220;Click&#8221;.</p>
<p>I just couldn&#8217;t figure it out. What was I doing wrong? There were so many people out there that were effortlessly sponsoring people on the phone.</p>
<p>I did this for what seemed like a lifetime. I wasn&#8217;t getting anywhere with my business basically sponsoring one or two every now and then.</p>
<p>But then I found something that changed the way I talked to prospects forever. It was a video interview with Mike Dillard and master recruiter Mark Wieser.</p>
<p>In this video Mark get grilled by Mike on how he is able to personally sponsor over 254 reps in one year and how he is able to do it with such ease.</p>
<p>I figured out that I needed to change the way that I was talking to the prospects. I needed to qualify them to see if they are right for my business not if they would be interested in joining.</p>
<p>I also figured out that I am the boss I need to control the situation I am interviewing my prospects to see if they would be good enough to be part of my business.</p>
<p>Basically think of it as if you were the manager interviewing to hire a new employee.</p>
<p>By changing the way that I approach the conversation and the attitude that I have in the conversation I am now not getting hung up on. I am sponsoring more than ever. Prospects are actually thanking me for the conversations that we have.</p>
<p>Sponsoring and talking to prospects doesn&#8217;t have to be hard frustrating or filled with rejection.</p>
<p>All you need to know is how to do it the right way the fun way from someone that knows how to do it and do it well.</p>

<p>Stampede would not want to engage in a word game with Iron Markhor. For the time this collaboration lasted we thank them.</p>
<p>For the future Stampede would want to make this very clear that Iron Markhor does not have the right to make a certain artist&#8217;s work its property. they should first consult Liscence of Artistic Freedom for that. A bunch of young boys who try to make heavy metal their domain should first of all go ahead and consult the dictionary for the very terms they build their so called philosphies on ie Metal Underground and above all Music&#8230;</p>
<p>Second all decisions taken by Stampede focused on the support of the underground music and were taken in direct consultation with its partners and affiliates.</p>
<p>Stampede comes with a vision. A vision to bring forth the talent that awaist to see the light of the day. Soon Stampede would launch its record label Stampede Records to support the cause of the hidden talent. More is on its way including live shows interviews and media support.</p>
<p>Iron Markhor can live in their cyber domain and keep on brooding over their &#8216;wannabe&#8217; philosophies while Stampede brings about the revolution.</p>
<p>Stampede stands for music and art undiscovered!!!</p>
<p>We wish Iron Markhor luck&#8230; but sadly even luck wont be able to help these wannabees!</p>

<p>Modeling business processes for SOA and developing endtoend IT support has become one of the top IT priorities. The SOA approach is based on services and on processes. Processes are focused on composition of services and in that sense services become process activities.</p>
<p>Experience has shown that the implementation and optimization of processes are the most important factors in the success of SOA projects. SOA is so valuable to businesses because it enables process optimization. In order to optimize processes we need to know which processes are relevant and we have to understand them ndash; something that cannot be done without business process modeling. There is a major problem with this approach ndash; a semantic gap between the process model and the applications.</p>
<p>This book will show you how to fill this gap. It describes a pragmatic approach to business process modeling using the Business Process Modeling Notation BPMN and the automatic mapping of BPMN to the Business Process Execution Language BPEL which is the defacto standard for executing business processes in SOA. The book will also cover related technologies like Business Rules Management and Business Activity Monitoring which play a pivotal role in achieving closed loop Business Process Management.</p>
